Fabco TC-1702 transfer case parts
Parts for all seven TC-1702 assemblies, with the only complete Fabco service manual on this site.
Fabco describes the TC-1702 or TC1702 as a two-speed transfer case designed for rear engine all-wheel drive vehicles: it drives the front axle or axles and works with any arrangement of rear driven axles. It is a two shaft, constant mesh case with an air shift and a front axle declutch, and the vehicle must be stopped before shifting ranges or front drive.
Seven assemblies are listed, 873-0060-001 through 873-0060-007. The -001, -003 and -005 have a 0.85:1 high range with a 53 tooth upper and 45 tooth lower gear; the others are 1.00:1 with 49 tooth gears. The -005 and -006 take an electronic speedometer pickup, and the -007 has no front declutch.
