Fabco TC-38 transfer case parts

The Fabco TC-38 or TC38 is one of the most asked-about Fabco cases we see. Its parts book comes from the TC-38 service and parts manual and covers cases with a mechanical speedometer drive and cases with an electronic speedometer, so check which one you have before ordering speedometer parts.
The book shows an air operated front drive declutch, and an air range shift, either H-U or H-N-U. It also lists the extra high, neutral and underdrive parts required on a case that has both a PTO and the air shift.

Open or download the Fabco book below. Find the part on the drawing, note the item number and the part number, and send us both with the serial number from the nameplate on the housing.

Shaft end float on a TC-38 is set with shims, .003 to .008 in. The footnotes in the book say which shims go where, and we can send an assortment with the bearings.
