Fabco TC-65 transfer case parts
The TC-65 is the two-speed case in Fabco's TC-65, TC-80 and TC-110 family. Here is what it takes to rebuild one.
The Fabco TC-65 or TC65 shares one parts manual with the single-speed TC-80 and TC-110 and the PTO-110 split shaft PTO. The TC-65 is the two-speed member of the family, so its shafts and gearing are its own, while the declutch, PTO and lube pump pages are shared.
Each parts list has two quantity columns, one for the basic case and one for a case with a PTO, and the input and output flanges are listed in both 1710 and 1810 series. Measure or read the flange before you order one.

Open or download the Fabco book below. Find the part on the drawing, note the item number and the part number, and send us both with the serial number from the nameplate on the housing.

One part in the TC-65 list, the speedometer driven gear tube, is marked as not used on 1980 and later cases. The year of the case matters on this family.
